Our Bed&Breakfast “Al Pozzo” is located in a renovated old farmhouse directly leading to S. Pietro al Monte Basilica, a jewel of Romanesque art and candidate for UNESCO World Heritage status. Continuing along the path, it is possible to enjoy the views of the Pre-Alps, including Mount Cornizzolo, a famous paragliding take-off site.

It is also only three minutes away from Falesie, with routes of varying levels of difficulty for climbing enthusiasts.

 

Civate is situated in a strategic area: it is easy to reach Milan, Bergamo, Como, Bellagio, Varenna, Menaggio and Switzerland; Lecco is just 4 km away, a wonderful town on Lake Como and the starting point for Sentiero del Viandante trekking route.

 

We are Barbara, Beppe with our two sons Ale and Franci, three dogs and a red cat: a family that has opened its doors to the world!

We have a garden with organic vegetables and a big green area with lakeview, where you can enjoy our breakfast during the summer and spring months. There is also a family-run trattoria, Il Crotto del Capraio, where you can taste our local dishes with 0 km products.
